shipping policy

- All orders are packed and shipped with in 24 hours of us receiving a processed payment;

- All order placed after 12pm, will be posted on the following business day.

- We are closed weekends - no orders will be shipped out on Saturday & Sunday's.

For shipping Australia Wide there is a flat rate price of;

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) $8.55

Express Shipping (1-3 business days) $12.50

All orders over $500 receive FREE express shipping.

International orders, the shipping price & delivery time is available upon checking out.

Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfilment.

Please note due to Covid-19, Australia Post is experiencing some delays, we highly suggest choosing express post to guarantee your orders are received within 3 business days.

Lash Lane Official is not responsible for any lost/damaged or stolen packages during transit. We do not take any responsibility or liability for packages that have confirmed delivered by tracking.

return & exchange policy

PLEASE NOTE; DUE TO COVID 19 AND HYGINE REASONS WE HAVE PUT RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Lash Lane Official does not offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

If an item is received with a manufacturing default we will allow an exchange or a refund.


For refunds and exchanges you must return the original item back to us within 7 working days with the original packaging and in new condition.

The contents and quantity of the product must be as originally sold.

 

All returned goods must be properly packed and sent by tracked delivery.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind - only faulty products.

If products received were damaged due to postal services, this will be taken up with the courier company before refunds or exchanges are made.

Please include your receipt/proof of payment with your returned item(s).

Once an order has been dispatched; return postage will only be refunded if the products are deemed to be faulty.

 

Refunds for returned goods will be made as soon as possible and within 7 days of us receiving the item(s) back.
